Lilydale Books is a bookstore with excellent customer service. Staff behave professionally and always answer phone calls politely. The staff are very competent and are always willing to answer questions about books and are very knowledgeable. The prices for stationery are also very reasonable and actually cheaper than Officeworks.

Gave the girl my list with no perforated sketch pads clearly written on it and even told the girl non perforated. We left and checked the bag and she gave us perforated sketch pads. Qued in the sun for 25 minutes and when we finally got to the front the rude lady said lucky we were getting a refund as we shouldn't be. How about your workers don't stuff up in the first place! I think you can manage one refund when YOU stuff up considering we have spent about 7,000 there over the years. It's such a rip off and rude customer service.

Very small shop better todo online order and just go for collect thats the easiest and better other wise take ages to get stuff because it's very busy just before week from school opens, however it's a place you can get every thing....
