!!! DO NOT BUY HERE !!! Had my worst glasses buying experience here. Got a designer frame here for over 700 but it was at least 300 cheaper in other stores (this one on me as I should’ve done my research before I made my deposit here) Needless to mention the sales people here would not give any useful advice, so I had to wear this glasses which are very tight and it literally caused dents on both side of my head. And when I told the sales guy, she just told me it should be fine as I wear it for a longer time. So I’m writing this a year after I got my expensive and overpriced glasses at your store and telling other people really should NOT be getting your glasses here!

These guys don’t mess around, within 1 hour of the eye test they got the glasses ready. Seriously brilliant thank you ! Perfect fit and such friendly service. Not often I give my Adam 10 star but this is the one if few times I do. 10 stars guys!

Ridiculously Rude and unhelpful. They have an offer giving 20% off your first pair of glasses / sunglasses but when querying this, they just make the standard retail price far higher than what it actually is to compensate. Example: Moscot Authur Glasses are 440 AUD on the brands official website and in most stockists. When asked, the staff member insisted it was 500, shrugged her shoulders and avoided eye contact, leaving me just standing there staring blankly. This level of customer service is appalling and the overall shopping experience was quite frankly embarrassing. I’d advise anyone to avoid and go to a store with more integrity.

Adam’s knowledge of the different frames, styles, brands as well as technical knowledge regarding the lenses was impressive. He took the time to explain in detail of the different offerings and gave helpful suggestions. This store itself also have a great selection which you don’t often see in your usual optometrist. Recommend to look for Adam when finding some frames

Very happy customer, staff have made it so easy for me to pay for my new gorgeous DITAS - thanks to Anna for all your help! They were very attentive in helping me choose the correct pair of sunglasses as DITAS are indeed very costly. Thanks again team!

BEWARE MAJOR SCAMMERS!! READ ON TO KNOW WHY! I walked into Lifestyle Optical in search of a pair of glasses a couple of weeks ago. I had recently purchased a pair of Dita glasses which I absolutely love but was also looking to browse for a potential second pair of glasses as I didn’t want to over wear my Dita pair. While they stocked a few of the better brands: Celine, Dior, Tom Ford and Cartier - the collection seemed relatively dated. After being pushed by the sales person to try on almost every pair, I tried on a pair of Cartier glasses which seemed to be the only pair which I was mildly interested in. Despite telling the sales person I was only browsing to see what items were out there and was not intending to purchase anything on this day, he went on to say how these were his last pair, how he had another customer interested in this pair and how it was a limited edition style. He then went on to say that if I took the glasses that day he would drop the price. Feeling overly uncomfortable and pressured he said I could put down a deposit and if I didn’t want to proceed could have the money refunded. So I agreed - wanting to research further and figured “why not if the money can be returned”. BIG MISTAKE! Some time later a lady called to ask if I wanted to proceed. I said “no and would like the refund”. She said “sure, but you just need to come in store so we can process the refund” - which was fine by me but I advised her I wouldn’t be able to come in until the weekend, which she also said was completely fine. Five minutes later she calls back to advise that she can no longer do a refund and can only do a store credit. I was very angry having been told by the sales person that a refund was no problem and given I was pushed to put the deposit down on the glasses. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE: It’s not about 100 deposit - I haven’t gone back and they can keep the 100 but it’s the fact that they pressure and mislead you!!

Bad experience. Would not recommend this place. Staff are okay but not that helpful, worse is that stock they have are passing off a new but obvious packaging was clearly opened and sunglasses had been used. After paying and finding out I got a used stock went back and the staff are saying that its new even though its not. Ask for an exchange and they say that’s the only stock. Ask for refund and they refuse to refund. Not recommending to anyone that they shop here, I pay full price for second hand.
