Absolutely terrible service. We arrived and no one came to see us. The salesman knew we were there but did nothing while he attended to a handover. After waiting polite we went and said hello liz he said he would be with us in 2 seconds. We waited another 30 min then asked if had an R2 we could look at to be told no. It would have been nice if he spent 2 minutes when we arrived and said he was doing a hand over asked what we were looking for to either be shown and left to ha e a look while he continued to attend the other customers or that he didn’t have an R2 on display etc etc. I’m sure the other customers would have been ok for 2 minutes looking at their new purchase. After all he had already secured the sale but could ha e started on a potential new one. Rather than loosing it. Also how does the HEAD OFFICE of a product not even have the products available for showing?! Plus if you don’t and know it and know ppl might be coming to see it spend 2 seconds and not waste their time!
