Lifeblood Werribee Donor Centre has the best kind of people! You’ll get a warm welcome at the reception followed by kind people who help with the questionnaire check and then take you to the chair. It was my first time donating blood today, Sheree and Jason took absolute care to make sure I was well and comfortable throughout the process. Very professional and friendly! Oh yes, the snacks and drinks were the cherry on top!

Very professional staff and thorough at all times, even with the current Covid restrictions. With the Lifeblood service you get a text to say when your next appointment is when you're due to give again, also even when your donation has been used and where! You can sign up online and make a booking at your closest branch. Giving blood right now is very exciting as I consider it an outing, haha! Dont forget the snacks juice, post donation \u200d️
I absolutely love donating at the Werribee Blood Donor Centre because the staff are so friendly and caring. I always leave feeling really good and looking forward to my next visit. Keep up the good work.
It was my 11th donations in Australia and my 1st one in werribee donation center..the donation center is near to train station which is good for people like me who use public transport...the staff onsite were very friendly and welcoming... instead of paper forum they are already using electronic base forum to fill up before the donation which is also a good thing...the centre was clean and have good provision of drinking water... Overall my experience with werribee donor center was nice .. Hope to go back some day for my upcoming donation...
I've been donating blood for a few years now and have to say that the crew at Lifeblood Werribee are some of the nicest people I've come across. Claudia, who I dealt with for the first time today, was a pleasure to deal with - friendly, professional and very helpful - she made what can be a sometimes daunting task, an absolute breeze. The staff are absoutley amazing. Had a couple of donations that didn't work properly due to a weak vein, and they consistently made sure I was feeling ok. They always look after donors and make sure the process is as good and comfortable as it can be
Staff are amazing here always super friendly and helpful. The place itself is clean and tidy. Conveniently located with plenty of parking around the area. I have always felt welcomed.
Staff are always super friendly, helpful and professional. The facilities are good and the snacks are great! One thing to beware of is that it can be hard to find parking super close, so allow an extra 5 minutes in case you have to walk a little.
