Welcoming environment, friendly staff that are happy to be at work. I watch the other donors and they all seem happy and content too. Its nice to be appreciated when one volunteers their "blood" to the community Great snacks afterwards from the volunteers, I recommend the milkshakes!

Nice friendly staff, very warm and inviting, I cannot currently donate but sometimes go in with my husband and they are always welcoming offering me a biscuit or cuppa whilst i wait. If you are in a position that you can donate it does make a huge difference, it barely takes any time at all and doesn't hurt either, the staff at the West Gosford site are all great and very gentle too.
