Truly amazing service and very impressed in the PC LAN teams knowledge along with actually helping their customers. Product failed during warranty period... PC LAN refuse to comply with the consumer guarantees. They said to contact ACCC so I did, but PC LAN refuse to acknowledge what I was told and, when I simply asked them to do the same (i.e. to call), they refuse. Customer service refuse to identify themselves. Send me emails that don't make sense. Refuse to escalate to a manager. Instead of having a discussion, they said I had to lodge a complaint with ACCC to get any resolution! Who does that?! Terrible service. AVOID!!! Response to owner: Wow! It's apparently rude and unreasonable to say that you can't understand what they mean by an email and ask to "have a productive discussion" over the phone. You asked me to call ACCC and when I relayed what they told me, your response was "contact ACCC or lodge a complaint with ACCC where we will leave the decision to ACCC." I never threatened you with anything - what a lie! It was the other way around. I only asked to have a discussion - you refused. I even said "have a nice day" - how rude of me. Other customers seem to have issues with warranty too. Go elsewhere to buy your electronics.
Extraordinary service to our business. PC LAN go above and beyond to accommodate our evolving needs (often at a moment's notice), and enable us to service stakeholders within our business with super-efficiency. Prices are highly competitive, too. PC LAN is a virtual partner to our business, and we're grateful to have their reliable team of staff ready to help us when required. The critical flow-on for us is, we can better service our customer needs.
Extremely impressed by PC LAN's post-sales support. They handled my warranty claim expertly and kept me informed at every stage. I'd highly recommend them, especially for advice/sales with NAS devices.
Super fast web purchase, ordered a computer on a Sunday afternoon and got it by Tuesday morning.
Overall, good product range. Have purchased a number of items from this store. Biggest negative is they have no option for merchant fee free transactions unless you're local and pay with cash. Even the Paypal feature they charge a merchant fee. In this day/age most companies absorb some of these costs.
