I put in 2 orders on consecutive days, one for a case and the other for the parts. The case was ready for pickup, but the parts order wasn't processed yet. The team at mwave went out if their way to get the second order to help me out as I going back to work and helped me get everything together before for the weekend. Great service!

Great customer service saved me from trouble. I ordered a whole bunch of computer parts at Mwave yesterday night in a rush and managed to make 2 mistakes with my order. Since the global crisis has shaken up customer support departments of most companies around the globe, Mwave also had to stop accepting calls temporarily. So I opened a support ticket at 9:45am this morning. Just 3 hours later a friendly staff member had sorted out everything neatly and got back to me. My order has been updated according to my wishes and even the payment had been resolved already in perfect manner. Honestly, that was just an absolute great experience. I would have sit on a bunch of incompatible items, but Mwave just fixed it quickly and swiftly for me. 5 Stars are well deserved. This has been the 3rd time for me to order at Mwave for myself and I've been at their showroom in Sydney 3 times together with friends. Every time I got served with excellency.
