Purchased an item from their eBay store years back. Took a very long time to receive the product. Heard very little from them until recently where it appears they've kept my data on hand and sent me spam email to which I did not subscribe to. In their email it states "You are receiving this email because you opted in via our website." This is false - I've purchased a product from your eBay store and never visited your site. Reconsider your privacy policy.

We ordered a product from this company nearly 4 months ago. After getting told over and over that it will be here “end of month, start of next month” we requested a refund. Twice the refund bounced and I contacted PayPal. They told me that the company were paying our refund then immediately removing it, they did this TWICE. This company straight out lied and denied it. Every time we’d contact them they’d be passing the dramas off to someone else within the store or telling us to contact the eBay store because they can’t deal with it.. After contacting them a number of times yesterday and demanding they pay us our refund before we take it further, they finally payed us our almost 1,500 back. This was after weeks of back and forth bullsh*t. We will never be purchasing anything through them again and do not recommend them. What an absolute joke and a waste of time.

Horrible experience, bought a product they had advertised but later found, after I had to run after them with communication, that they had no stock of it. Then a week later of waiting and messaging again I was told they can't get stock, and that they'd sell me a less effective version of my product for the same price?? I kindly requested they refunded my money, but once they did they cancelled the refund a couple days later and then quickly refunded it again after I contacted them! Lack of customer service Lack of product knowledge I definately do not reccomend!
To any body reading this, just like the rest of the negative review's, "its true". Tried calling Brisbane branch, was on mobile for 7:22 seconds, no one would pick up. Called Sydney branch, what a joke, dont stock it, doesnt have a clue about the product they sell, couldnt even give me a price. The saying goes, "Pay peanuts, get monkeys".
Gave them a call to book a service in. The guy did not seem interested and said he will get the mechanic to call me back which they never did. So your front desk person can’t even book in a service? I suggest you revise your management.
