Excellent business for automotive hoses. Helpful and friendly staff. Wish I'd started my search here.

Please be aware that the following comments and information are not anything personal and are only to make sure the ongoing customers read this before going in there. I had a Holden Astra 2002 model convertible car which had a break in and the roof was slashed by a knife, the whole roof needed a change and I was trying to get them to help me fix up the convertible system as well with the latch in back, I have faced the following problems with this company 1) I was supposed to take the car back after a week, but they kept the car for two weeks and the job was not done properly, please see below 2) The roof was not fitted properly, air and dust seem to come inside the car from one side of the roof, I spent 600 there on top of the insurance money. 3) They were supposed to fix the latch door behind and they admitted doing so but it never worked after I got the car back. 4) They gave me the car back with a dead battery, left the keys in the ignition for too long, my car broke down in the middle of the road and I had to get roadside assitance and buy a new battery which costed me 600 as well. 5) Once I went back to them with the roof saying that its not fitted properly, everyone was understanding and kind except the owner of the busines. 6) When I called them back for a date and a time to take the car back, the owner said its not their problem anymore since it was an insurance job, whereas, when I took the car to them, they admitted it to be their responsibility to fix the job. 7) Once insurance got involved, the owner started lying about the whole ordeal. They suggested that my car is fine and everything. Again, these comments are only for the ongoing customers who have a right to know whats going on, not a personal attack on anyone. The owner has been rude countless of times to me even though she and her business has almost wasted 2000 of mine on top of insurance.

Called 3 times to get a brass fitting, was asked each time for my phone number. Then they wanted 30 for a brass fitting that I ended up getting from pirtek for 7. Service use to be good when the main gentleman was answering the phones.

These guys did not do job on time and charged more than the quote (about 4 times my normal guy). One of the fittings will not spin.
