We rented a property through Leyton and had many issues with getting them to fix leaking roof which caused many property damage to our business. However, the property manager was good to work with but problem was getting through to her from calling the office phone.
Worst Real Estate agent in Melbourne! Did not get the landlord to fix the property. The list of things that weren't done were: - missing 1 metre of external fence line, causing pets to escape and cost pound fees. - protruding nails in frequently used backyard deck. - bathroom tap was loose on move in date and NEVER fixed. - floor board in MAIN living room had a HOLE! - wanted 900 bond to clean 2 tiles in the bathroom! NEVER USE THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT!! ps. I did like the real estate agents car though..
