Attended whilst the requirement to still wear masks was in effect for the safety of everyone. Not one staff member had their mask on covering their face, apparently all the staff (5-6 of them) all breath through their chins.

this was a few months ago but I can’t get it off my mind, horrible, horrible customer service. So my mum and I came into the store and I saw the sales assistant was chatting to another customer at the counter, honestly didn’t care when I walked in because I work in retail and get it! You need a sale or whatever. BUT i kid you not 15 mins later she hasn’t even looked in the direction of my mother and I. We needed her assistance to grab the jeans I wanted to try on from higher up on the shelf so I couldn’t just do it alone. Waited another 5-10 mins, legit in there for 20ish minutes and she is still talking to the girl, who must’ve been her friend not a customer bc she never bought anything. And we left without her ever saying anything or glancing at us. Horrible. I will never shop here again.
