We entered the store a few minutes hoping to make a Massage booking & an oil purchase but the lady was on the phone & sounded quite irritated with an order. I went around the corner to look at some products on the shelf & didnt see any sign or markers - when the lady on the phone at the counter yelled at me “Stay out, thats private!” My partner looked scared & horrified. I just mouthed sorry and we hurried out. Will not return. **Note: I actually called to speak to the manager 3 times that week and emailed her about this incident but never heard back.

My facial with Kylie was heavenly with every attention to make it a very relaxing experience with beautiful products. The massage was exceptional and would have to be the best massage I've ever had. I felt invigorated, thank you Kylie.
My partner and I both enjoyed our massages. An hour deep tissue massage with Paula for him and an hour Swedish massage with Naomi for me. Paula really took the time to find out where the pain was exactly at my partners' back, explained the reasons behind the issue and gave some very good tips/exercises for him to do at home. We both really enjoyed the best massages we have had in a long time. The atmosphere was so relaxing and calming, would definitely recommend to visit!

Bad service. Phone rings out. Hardly anyone covers the desk. Deliveries for items take very long and no one tells you that they will be late. No communication between orders/delivery times.. Oh, and they want you to pre pay (hundreds) before you get the item...

My sister and I booked in for an hour remedial and deep tissue massage with Paula and it was amazing. Paula took the time to find out where the pain and/or discomfort was and eased into it. She also explained some of the anatomy and reasons behind the issues. Would highly recommend a visit, we definitely will be back!
I recently moved to the Blue Mountains and have been in search of a great remedial massage therapist. I had been to a few practitioners and was still looking for someone who gets in and instinctually finds the spots that need loosening. I am ecstatic that I have now found Kylie. Kylie can give a strong massage, and encourages you to breathe deeply in and out to help release the tension. I counldn't be happier with the treatments I have had at Starflower Apothecary.
