My grandad is interred here. Beautiful location and gives an atmosphere of peace and serenity.

My nephews brought flowers and a heart on a stick from the florist located close to the chapel to wish their grandmother a Merry Christmas. Across the field was found the heart smashed, the ribbon deep in the dirt days later. Two weeks prior we discovered that our Aunt's resting place had a huge patch of grass missing due to the careless work of those maintaining the grounds. Whoever is maintaining the lawns are doing an awful job. What is the point of it being called "Forest Lawn" when those you employ are incapable of preserving the lawns/grounds? What a disgrace! That our loved ones resting place and mementos are treated carelessly.

Fathers funeral was 15th January. They mentioned 6-8 weeks for cremation, and I would be notified of when I could pick him up. Had to call in March as no one called. Booked a time that I could make to pick up his ashes at 9:30am, to receive a call at 9:19am when I was 5 minutes away to say I couldn’t pick them up, as he was still stored in a secure location and only two people have a key. Now have to wait another 2 weeks. Rather disappointing the process has been extended. Plaque has been ready 3 weeks.

I recently lost my husband and we chose a great site in mid January. Close to a water tap. After the burial, we were horrified and extremely upset over the disrespect of people to find that they drove over his grave a few days later. We made a complaint and gave evidence and photos of cars parked on my husband grave to the office. We were assured that something would be done and their usual blah blah blah and some sort of barrier put up. Nothing was done. We decided then to go to the extra length of now buying top quality soil and quality grass which my son did on his own and maintained the site as to stop people from driving over the top of the Grave. Imagine our next disappointment when opening the tap to find that the water was off! Again after a few phone calls and a visit to the office it's finally working but the pressure of the water is non existant. I feel like once Invocare received the money, there is no after care at all. We also got the excuses of we are short of staff, oh the plumber is coming this afternoon etc, etc. My husband was fanatical about his lawn and we are so disappointed that there is no aftercare from Forest Lawn and making us having to carry heavy watering cans to water the lawn. If I could, I would give them a zero star for Maintenance. There are a couple of graves in the same row that have sunk so much, more than 30 cms and they are still like that. I'm tired of making phone calls or send messages as obviously it goes on deaf ears.

Very disappointed in the up keep of my baby brothers site. There was no grass when we visited today my mum had just picked up my fathers ashes and we decided to visit my brother and she was incredibly upset. It seems as the sites get older they are forgotten. All sites on my brothers side had barely any grass yet sites on the newer ones were well maintained. And we cant try and get it to grow as it says dont disturb the soil due to asbestos risk now thats concerning in itself

We farewelled my beautiful dad on 5th October - I cannot fault White Lady’s or our celebrant. As this was during covid restrictions the majority of mourners had to remain outside. We understood this however, were extremely disappointed to hear that during the service they started to mow the lawns and the service could not be heard!
