Always there to help, patience and willing. Bailey, great work and all the staff. Thankyou for putting faith back into knowing we still can get great customer service. Your very helpful and great friendly customer service. Is why I choose to go out of my way and drive to this store. Bought my phone and other products there and my 80 yr old mothers phone there over a year ago and was awesome then and still is. Thankyou.

Horrible experience. Do not got to Leopold for your needs. The staff is impatient and rude. Jess was the worst !! I have been to Telstra store in town and interstate and the staff have always been helpful. I wish I could say Jess was just having a bad day but I have never experienced such horrendous treatment. She is defintely a detriment to the store. And it was a 2 hour wait. :( :(

Hi , I needed a new phone other phone died too old . I was greated to a lovely young man named Denholm . His Service was amazing . I was very happy with the Explanation with updating to the phone I purchased. I understood the Billing costs which I purchased. I am so happy with phone . I dropped into the Telstra Shop on Sunday because I couldn’t get my Email up and running . Denholm was available even though he was trying to close shop , 10 minutes it was my Email was up and working . Thank you the Service was Wonderful , cheers
