Customer service team excellent. Parts and service team not so much, asked specifically for them to check if tread on tires would pass roadworthy, they said yes and even charged me for a rotation of tires. Went to Hume for roadworthy straight after and failed on tread wear. Also had another car serviced here, alignment came back shot. Please do not get your car serviced here.

Not always I find the customer service is excellent. This morning the operator called me by my last name, which is a very common issue with my name, and when I correct that on the spot the person usually acknowledges that. But the operator seemed didn't bother or listen what I said. His reply was 'that's good' and moved on to his next topic. I also forgot to mention one issue with my car due to his constant showering of information and rushed hand-over me to the shuttle bus service. Didn't get his name as well. The shuttle bus service is excellent. On the spot and all operators are more than friendly. Just one extra Star for them only.
I just tried to update the navigation maps on the SD card that came with my Golf. I spoke to a lady that was helpful however she was liaising with the tech team. Long story short the online updates dont work. I could not just pick up another SD card, I was asked to book my car in and leave it there so they could put in another SD card. Seriously!

Put the car in for a service. Did not find a major oil leak. Claimed that they “don’t check for oil leaks during servicing”.
I recently bought a Polo from Christian in the VW showroom, and I cannot rave enough. He really know's his stuff and helped me navigate the choices - then he went the extra mile to get me the best deal for my trade in. When I went to pick up the car, he walked me through all the tech, even synching my phone and he'd preset the radio channels. If you're looking for a new car - I can't recommend him and the Lennock team highly enough. During lockdown, smiles are precious - and I drove away with a smile on my face and I'm still beaming. Love my Polo, and so grateful to Christian and the Lennock team for getting me in the right car at the right price.
