So disappointed. The consultant prioritsed an internal sales meeting that had 'overrun' over an actual sale and the meeting we had booked in and taken time off to attend. We were given 15 minutes notice of the non-attendance after being promised 2 hours earlier that she was running late and could we delay by an hour. The second call from LCK to delay the meeting provided an 'alternative' whereby they look at our house plans and quote off of that, without even visiting the property. Compared to Lambert Kitchens (2 meetings of 2 hours each) and Kinsman Kitchens (1x 3 hour consult) both in our home, the difference in quality could not be more stark. How you can quote something you have not seen is quite beyond us.

A pleasure to meet Greg today. I feel bad that he came to my home only for us to realize that all i need is to replace door fronts which they don't do. I appreciate that he came at the time we booked and his honesty. :)

Michael has been extremely helpful designing and constructing the kitchen and laundry for our new home. He came up with an innovative idea for the butler's pantry and the price was very competitive. We are very happy with the result. It looks great!
