I wish I can give it zero star! I have placed the order on 23/1/2021,it has been two weeks already but I still haven't received it.It is the worst ever online shopping experience!

Ordered masks that arrived in an open box and looked resealed with tape. Emails suggested that they were repackaging masks but later emails denied this. Half of my order did not arrive but says it's been delivered . They have stopped responding to emails and don't answer the phone. Wish i saw these reviews before hand. Not even 1 star service

I’ve had good experiences with this company?Ordering on a few different occasions now, - baby bags, toys etc. I find The Pharmacy stock top brands and are always the lowest price online! Communication and delivery times have been great for me. Keep on it The Pharmacy!! Times are tough at the moment however in time things will turn around. All feedback is positive, Just listen and try improve where you can. You got this.

Same as many other frustrated customers, I am also extremely unhappy with ThePharmacy. On the 6th of March, I paid for an End of March pre-order. After over 2 months of wait, without first reaching an agreement with me, ThePharmacy sent out a batch of replacements to substitute the products I've ordered. As per the leaflet inside the parcel, I have an option to request a reply paid label to return them back and continue to wait for the original product or a full refund. I called and there was no available prompt to connect to an operator (to request a label); I online messaged on the 14th of May (through ThePharmacy's website), no reply; I emailed on the 19th of May, almost 10 days later, no reply. I am calling today, made the first call at 2pm, got hung up on after 1 hour and 6 minutes of wait (I was caller number 1 for over 40 minutes); second call lasted 35 minute on hold before I got hung up on again, I am on my third call now and 63 minutes in and it's 7 minutes till their closing time. Given the current situation, I fully understand the delay with the order and responds, however sending out products that customer did not order without advance notice and not reachable is unacceptable. I am sure you are not intentionally pissing your customers off, but can you blame the customers for being angry with such poor service? p.s. I'm adding my order number to this review just in case anyone from your business is bothered to look. #100108302

I placed an order online on the 1st Feb after reading positive reviews of this pharmacy and seeing their extensive online store. 14 weeks later I haven't received my order and haven't been able to get in contact. I have spent hours on hold, left messages, requested call backs, and emailed customer support. I am sympathetic that the current environment is challenging to say the least but I am disappointed in the level of customer service. I've been on hold or an hour and have been first in line for the last 20 minutes. I really hope I won't be hung up on again.

Former issues of non-delivery of goods paid for has now resolved (but after many phones calls and emails from me to follow up). I did receive the goods in the end, but I really felt that had I not pursued the matter, it may not have ended well. Kudos to the customer service team for making that phone call to me in the end, to reassure delivery would eventually occur and to seek to restore some customer confidence. I raise the rating to 2 stars because of this. But I do not recommend the business. It took a lot of efforts to get to that point. For a customer to have confidence, the business needs to be much more proactive, if return patronage is what you want.
