Big thank you to the team for working so hard to help me out in such a vulnerable time! I felt I was treated well with respect and consideration for my circumstances, and couldn't had done it without their assistance! After reading a lot of the comments, I think that the staff seem reasonable and helpful if they are treated with respect and dignity too

I was scared before I reach at Centrelink office coz I read all the reviews before I go there. I find it very reasonable and very helpful staffs out there. I expected worst but it was smooth and especially waiting time was ok too.
Go the other centrelink. No one can work properly. No knowledge. No information. Waste the time here!!! No service mind. They let me call without helping.
Why on earth the people in this office feel they have the right to talk down to and demean people is beyond me. Maybe someday they’ll be doing it tough and need a bit of help? The lady that dealt with me recently was a disgrace. Horrible person.
The guy in Reception a big d...head he had no idea about work , I went there yesterday and he told alot of stuff to do, and I was 100% sure he's wrong, I went to other centrelink so the fix it without all stuff he ask .
Absolutely good service fast polite and friendly.
If I could give zero, I would. No one is working in that Centerlink. They lost my documents three times in two months. Why government is not controlling them. This place is a joke. No one wants to help. Don't waste your time
Went there around 1 PM and only had to sit and wait for 10 minutes before someone saw me pretty quiet & quick staff are nice and got my issue resolved quick!
