I made my lens here with promise that a Hola Diamond coating would be scratch resistant. And that a replacement of lens would be done if the lens has scratches. 6 months later, I brought my specs back to shop as there are scratches. I was asked that if I made the lens at the shop. Personally, I find it offending as why would I even bring the specs back to the shop if I didn't make my lens there. I was told there would be no replacement of lens if it is a wear and tear. I have no issues, and is all good. Just that it was very different from the way I was advertised that Hola diamond coating lens would be replaced free of charge if there are scratches.
