I have had a renovated lease with Lease Plan for more than 5 years and am happy with the product and service I have received during that time. What I get for my monthly lease payment is exceptional value for money as I don't have to worry about car expenses or where my next Rego payment is going to come from. It's nice driving around in a new car that is fully maintained knowing that the Lease Plan team is there to support me if necessary

Most difficult company to work with, zero communication, staff have no idea what they are doing all have different ideas of what is allowed and what's not. Stay away

One of the worst services. I have mailed them multiple times to debit from the correct bank account and they still do the same thing. I have not even authorised for them to do so. Wondering if there is anyone even looking at the emails. Such a poor response and absolutely frustrating to deal with them every damn thing. They don't understand many things and they get back after many follow ups. Over and out!

absolutely the worst company in the world to deal with in ANY industry whatsoever!! consultants don't get back to you for one week straight due to "being sick" and when they finally do get back to you AFTER 8 DAYS OF NO COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE your told "we need a few more days to search what car it is, then we will apply". a three week process which is normally a 3 day process. when you express that this is taking ALOT longer then it should THEY get upset and yell at me. had to tell the consultant it wasn't his fault just to calm him down. honestly just straight finance your car - anything to avoid dealing with these people. cannot not recommend them enough

Easy and efficient to deal with. Looked after clear repairs and arranged everything at my convenience. Great to work with in setting lease up and very happy with customer service.

Posting on behalf of a friend: I worked here. It was an extremely toxic workplace rife with bullying. From the top down. A lot of inappropriate older staff who are encouraged by this work environment. Huge disregard for customer privacy. Staff sharing personal lease & account information amongst themselves, making jokes, laughing, sometimes even posting online. Please, if your business uses leaseplan as their fleet provider, contact your bosses directly & ask for a more ethical & competent service.

Extremely bad company to deal with. Was working on a quote with leaseplan back in March, gave them all the list of things we want to have in a car together with the car model and they came back with a quote. Signed the agreed quote thinking everything was all good to go, 1 day before picking up the car, they sent me another quote and ask me to sign new quote without any explanation. I check the new quote and it was 10k more, the consultant that i was dealing with was kind enough to explain that some item that was listed in the first quote was not included in the price calculation so they cannot honor the quote. I demanded to talk to the supervisor and she tried to brush me off saying it was my mistakes and requested evidence that i have requested these items on my first couple of emails. I send the evidence to her, she then call to negotiate and up until this point no apology what so ever. She got her area manager on the phone (extremely rude for someone in her position especially when her staff already made mistakes), she wasn't happy that my phone was recorded. I explained i rang from my office and all phoneline is recorded, she finally accept it but she didnt let my husband explained the whole story and start talking on top of us. She accused my husband of calling her a lier when my husband basically say that if your company have agreed on the quote and both party have signed the quote therefore the company need to honor it. We didn't settle with the second or 3rd quote because we believe that they should have honor the 1st quote. For a company that are dealing with customers, you need to have the patience to listen and admit your mistake when you make one. If i can rate your customer service i will give you big fat ZERO.
