We have an old Queenslander in Toowoomba with hoop pine floors. We had Josh and his team sand and polish our house including the deck. His work is impeccable... he even sourced some recycled floor boards to replace the damaged floorboards. I never expected these floors to turn out so well.

Equipment left in carpeted bedroom when it was supposed to be shut. Dust everywhere in part due to bag not being properly connected but no attempt to clean this up. Damage & varnish on newly painted skirting boards. Incredibly slow to respond to query of when next room will be done. Finally "will it inconvenience you if you can wait 2 mths and I'll see if I can fit you in sometime. I have the txtx if anyone needs a 'reference' The floor itself is actually nice.
