I called to ask about dry cleaning price for a trench coat explicitly and she said starts from 18 then i went there she charged me 32. The coat is not long and nothing extra needed for all this! Never going again. That’s very expensive and not professional!

I got my jacket dry cleaned here. The guy I handed it to was great - he was nice and charged me about 17 which was okay. However, when I came to pick it up on the day he said it would be ready I was greeted by an extremely rude woman. She said no it wasnt ready and I had to wait for a message. I asked when it would be done and she said "I dont know. Wait for message". She was on the phone while talking to me and was very rude. When I went to pick it up, the same woman said that I had been under charged and tried to say I had to pay a lot extra. I paid about 17 but she said I was actaully supposed to pay 42 for ONE jacket. I told her that I would never had handed it in if that was the case. She then looked at me rudely and said fine, keep it in mind for next time. On another note, my jacket was done well and looked good. It was fine in terms of the quality of the dry cleaning, however, the customer service is terrible. I wouldnt recommend.
