Excellent, friendly service and are very easy to approach. The gentleman helped me a great deal and even checked in to see if a needed an extra hand while browsing. Unfortunately I purchased the incorrect product however staff were very helpful with exchanging for the correct product for my needs.

Came here for advice and a few things for our new puppy. Spoke with a very friendly and highly knowledgeable staff member. She guided us through food selection, treats and toys and gave us very sound advice. We will certainly be back with our puppy so he can choose a few treats for himself as well!

The lady who helped us decide on everything for our new puppy was absolutely sensational! She had great knowledge on the dog food selections and a great understanding on where most of the products were made. Super friendly and attentive to any request that we made, but also allowed us to make our own decisions in the products we wanted.

I had a great experience at this store. I called up about grabbing a cage from their store as the website wouldn't let me click and collect. The lovely staff member put aside the cage for me and I went and picked it up the next day. Next day new issue, won't fit in our car. Lovely staff again super helpful, suggested we take it out of the box and should be able to fit it into our car. We borrowed some sizzors and got it all sorted. Overall this store made my day so much easier and all staff were just lovely. Also had a great range of products and was even able to grab stuff for my chickens too, as well as my bird.

The service was friendly and warm. I was looking for chook food and it was near closing time. The team member on the forklift putting items away from outside stopped and asked if they could help. When I said what I was looking for, they immediately got off the forklift, after turning it off, and showed me the range, helped me make a selection, carried the bag to my car and then served me at the counter before going back to finish putting the outside stock away. All of this was very friendly and I was even signed up to PetStock Rewards newsletter in the process. The team member even knew the answer to my questions about the email (spamming) cost to my inbox.
