The young girl we had assisting us did not try to pressure into up selling but did suggest better products to us. She was more than willing to help and was honest. At the last min suggested a product to actually give better value for money.
Wow what bad customer service. Staff were more interested in sorting out their break times than serving customers. Maybe sort out your shelf pricing instead, advance cat food advertised for 9.50 I was charged 13.99 and my loyalty discount of 15% was not taken off to top it off my receipt was basically thrown at me
While there is a great range of products and a vet attached to the store, we found while wandering through looking for dog beds that many things did not have price tags either attached to them or on the shelf. Slightly annoying but wouldn't have been an issue if the multiple staff wandering through the store and straight past my partner or myself asked if we needed a hand with anything. Ended up going to front counter to ask for a price check on. Still a great range of products but we felt that you'd need to go in knowing what you're looking for and be prepared to have to do the asking first.
Diesel loves visiting the Petbarn in Lawnton because he gets treats from the lovely ladies working there. He's not a fan of water but the dog washing facilities are awesome and he knows he gets to have a pig ear treat afterwards - the tradition started after he walked past the pig ear basket and helped himself The product range is huge and by far the best Petbarn I've been to - layout, facilities and staff.
The staff are always friendly and will go out of their way to answer questions. Good efficient transactions
Big store with alot of products. Was asked if we needed help within moments of walking in. We were just looking at the fish. Good variety and the tanks were clean and well stocked.
Very helpful well laid out store self serve dog wash great staff and vets next door
