I have given one star only because there is no option for half a star. I have had 2 installations from CSA worth about 30K and was very happy with the team doing the install. Paul and Catherine however are very lacking when it comes to customer care. I had an email enquiry over Christmas 2020. I received an auto reply stating the office was closed from Dec 11 to Jan 25 ! Eventually I received a fob off reply on 8th February telling me there was no problem with my system. Recently I was informed I would have to pay Paul 250 to have him review the system he put in ! Buyer beware - I would not recommend this company. 23/02/2021 17 hours to respond to a review - if CSA responded to emails that quickly we would not be having this public discussion. On Nov 23 2019 I produced 61.54 kWh and exported 43.27 kWh. On Feb 21 2020 I produced 56.81 kWh and exported 42.85 kWh. Today on one of the hottest and least cloudy days of the year I produced 37.36 kWh and exported 27.37 kWh. How can you blame panel degradation and non existent trees on that dramatic drop ? At no time have I ever heard "We are sorry we are not meeting your expectations of customer service - how can we improve ?" Instead you start out defensively and just say "nothing to see here move on". I feel that you have taken my money and you aren't interested in keeping me as a customer.

I was recommended CSA Services by multiple family members who have had installations done by them, and i am incredibly pleased with both the customer service and quality of the installation work that has been done. After an initial phone conversation with Catherine, I had a good idea of what system CSA would likely propose. Paul came to the house within days to do a site inspection and go through the best installation design for my roof. Less than two weeks later the installation of the system was locked in. I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship done by the installers, and appreciated the opportunity to have a quick chat to Paul about some of the features of the inverter. The system has been installed for just over a week now and i have been very happy with the performance of the system; we have been able to achieve over 40kWh per day on a 6.6kW system for 6 of the past 9 days. The follow up communications from Catherine to see how our system was going was also much appreciated. Highly recommend!
Excellent experience with CSA Solar. From prior planning with us through to system installation - it was all a breeze. Wonderful staff both at the office and in the field install team. Couldn't recommend them more highly - well done and thankyou!
I was referred to CSA by one of my friends and they did not dissapoint my chioce to go with them for the Solar installation. Very professional and friendly team especially Catherine who made it all seamless and stressfree for us. offered us a quality Solaredge 6.6kwh system at an affortdable cost. Installation took place without any delays and delighted to say that the system producing plenty of clean energy. Hi Paul Jones - I have been trying to contact you for over two weeks now leaving numerous phone messages plus sending emails to your company - to date i have not had any replies? could someone please give me a call asap. Since my post today i have had a call from CSA explaining they have had a technical issue with there phone message system and will now be attending to my queries. I am hoping for a quick resolution as i have been happy with there service in the past.
I emailed an enquiry Monday and had the solar panels installed on the Thursday. Impeccable service, lovely owner and the installers were great. A very trustworthy company with an excellent product, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again if I had to.
We engaged with them to install the solar panels of our home, 24 solar panels. Since my first call, to the sales representative visit and post sales, their customer service was always outstanding. I am really happy with the product, it has been 18 month since we got the panels and so far we are not paying for electricity bills.
The whole process of getting a solar system was excellent with CSA Services. Installation booking and the work on the day was hassle free, the system has worked perfectly from day one. We have virtually reduced our electricity bill to zero. I highly recommend CSA services
