Not sure about retail but as whole sale business customer I always have trouble with these guys. They do over charged /sur charge , always incorrectly and excessive charged from bank accounts without any notice and you need to chase up weeks and weeks for your money. They never give any monthly statements as normally businesses do. And after research I found they are very very tip top expensive. Better research and google you will get better product , service and good prices in Melbourne. I stop dealing with them now start chasing for statements and ATO.
