Beautiful Day Trips! Went on two trips Great Ocean Road and Phillip Island tour with this company and it was fantastic. Plenty of time at each stop and a fun tour guide. Great customer service, very good value for money and will book other tours from you. Thank you!

Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff decided to remove me from the tour without informing me, leaving me to arrive at the bus only to find my name not on the roster. The company had knowledge of this, but did not have the basic dignity to inform me of this. After several hours of communication with the company, they finally refunded my ticket. I additionally requested to speak to the CEO, who's correspondences placed blame on myself. Additionally, the CEO attempted to bribe me to ask my friend to remove his negative review of the company. He additionally refused to take additional steps towards determining the source of the error. After I told the CEO I did not appreciate his demand to censor myself, he stopped communication. There are many companies doing tours. I would implore everyone to choose a company who possesses a modicum of respect for the customer.

(In response to the owner's response, I will highlight even more that you should NOT BOOK WITH THEM. "Mr. Legal Team", please tell your CEO to go right ahead and take this to court. Not a single thing I said in this review is false and this is just so typical of this touring group's horrendous actions. Throughout this entire situation, as you can see in the two reviews bellow, all they have done in response to their own awful actions is attempt to maintain their image by bribing customers to remove bad reviews and, when that doesn't work, by threatening to "take this to court". You have an awful business model, "Mr. Legal Team". You don't care one bit about your clients. All you care about is making yourself look good and vicitimizing yourself when, in reality, it was my friend who was attacked, removed from the bus and left alone in a strange city. Do not try to spin it any other way. I'm looking forward to seeing you at court.) My review: DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They are absolutely the worst touring company I have ever even heard of. Not only did they physically remove my friend from the bus because they canceled his trip without his knowledge (I assure you, he had done nothing and had merely been on the bus for a second). But they also then attempted to bribe him to remove his review by withholding our group's rightful refund.

Colin is a really fantastic person.I contacted him for an airport transfer from Avalon during Ramadan month.Though its already late at night,he was so kind that he make a stop for us to a Halal Kebab shop for our Suhur meal.Such a nice person.100% recommended.

You couldn't pay me to book another tour with this thieving, rude, utterly despicable business again. My friend and I booked tickets for a tour, but they forgot to put him on the driver's list and he wasn't allowed on the bus. It was an hour before he heard back from a manager at the company (who, incredibly, was located in Malaysia, meaning they weren't even awake yet when this whole ordeal occurred). They told him (via text!) that it was his fault without providing ANY justification. He had his booking confirmation, credit card statement, and everything. It was irrefutable that they f***ed up, yet they had the nerve to blame it on him, the customer. How are these people in business? They're never getting my money again, and I pray you don't jeopardize your trip by booking with them. You will regret it. EDIT: At the end of the trip, our driver proudly shared that he's a Donald Trump fan. Take that as you will. EDIT 2: The company has threatened to sue my friend due to his review. They have also offered to refund my trip cost if I take down my review.
