Attempted to reach this post office by phone many times, and NO one picks up the phone. Very disappointing. Plus the place inside has no space as so much stuff on the floor, feels very "clogged"

Used to be pretty good but seems every time I go there now I get wrong information delivered rudely, even down to telling me the auspost website is wrong? Went to another post office and had absolutely no trouble, they knew what I was talking about and helped me out in no time. I'll just use Sendle from now on.
Great service and the team at this post office are very helpful in finding best way to ship things, submit forms or pay bills without extra charges. Unlike a lot of other LPOs in this area they don’t promote sale of their other goods and look after customer needs. Thanks team.
One of the best post office's around. Lovely stuff always very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the young guy for always being funny and helpful.

Had worst experience with Australian post... Extremely unprofessional staff they got.. I have redirected my post,paid 65 to get my parcel i was waiting for 3months..but still they have delivered it to my wrong house address..i ask them.i can go there as its just 5min from my new home but they asked me not to go they will retrieve it themselve. It has been around 4weeks they couldnot gind my parcel..they promised 2weeks back they will refund my amount but uptil now no money has been refunded They promised to psy back mine parcel amount along with redirection post amount
