Great vibe, fast internet, friendly staff. Little bit noisy as you'd expect under a railway and next to the highway but not too bad. There's a great cafe on site and Greenwood Plaza is only a short walk away for quick and easy lunch options. You can walk down to the Lavender Bay jetty to take a break and enjoy the harbour views.

Our company A Human Agency (a-ha!) has been headquartered at Work Inc in Bay 9 for almost 2 years now and we love it! The space, the atmosphere and the community are perfect for our needs. As an entrepreneur investing in office space is a big financial decision but has been a 'no brainer' for bringing our growth plans to light here. Highly recommended for other start-ups. Get amongst it!
The first time I came here was for a meeting at the divine Bay Ten Espresso (which is fantastic!). Now I work here & love it. The Work Inc crew are the most supportive proactive property managers I’ve ever encountered. The offices are great. Communal areas mean we can work throughout the space and there is a load of creative cleaver eye candy. Easy to be creative at Work Inc.

Perfect commuters location, beautifully designed shared breakout spaces and facilities, great vibes, and super helpful team. Takes me about 30 minutes from Bondi by bike and ferry whether it's rush hour or not. Amazing cafe with good prices and great food and coffee. LOVE THIS PLACE.

Such a great vibe at Work Inc, Fantastic facilities (Towels, breakout spaces, and Podcast room) and an even greater vibe and customer service. Terrific location being placed smack bang in the middle of North Sydney as well as Milsons Point station. PS - the coffee (and food) at Bay 10 Espresso is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
Work Inc. is a fantastic co-sharing workspace run by a group of individuals who knows the meaning and value of customer care. The premise is unique and different from others which was the main reason why we decided to move in. The open space layout provides not just natural lighting but literally fresh air. The facilities are excellent and no major complaints in this area thus far. To top it off, it is very accessible. Many thanks for having us and looking after us.
