I brought in a treasured handmade quilt, along with 25 years of grime (on the quilt, not myself). The staff member forewarned us she could not guarantee an outstanding result, but they worked wonders -- my heirloom had been restored from sepia to technicolor!
Took my items to Laundry Spa to be dry cleaned and I received the items back still dirty and smelly! I could have done a better job myself by putting them in the washing machine! Do not recommend
I'm so glad that I came across this place! I had a truly ridiculous amount of laundry to do, and decided to give in and find a service to do it. it was picked up and delivered promptly, and I was able to avoid spending all day running back and forth from my building's laundry room. It was also more affordable than I expected. I'll definitely be using them again the next time I let my laundry accumulate....
Worst laundry service ever. We are a family of five travelling Australia and dropped off 10 KG of laundry at the Laundry Spa. The question "everything together" should have been a good enough warning, but after a few good experiences elsewhere in the country i decided to let them give it a go, after making sure they would separate white and coloured stuff. When we inspected our supposedly clean laundry we found that we could instantly throw away 50% of the items they washed, 40% needs a rewash and only 10% can be worn without being arrested. How on earth can you make a seriously skid marked shorts look worse than before a washing? People, you better be careful.
There is not a real Coin laundry. You should leave your staff and they will do it for you. Then the cost depend of the number and kind of cloth you bring. The info on the website is not enough claire. They told me on the phone minimum charge between 10-15 then is expensier than any other real Coin laundry :////
