had a leaky pipe in kitchen flooding under the floor, a plumber from them said they would come up and fix it, never did and never heard back, very disappointing
I was very impressed with the knowledge and work done to repair a leak in my roof .. I had paid someone years ago to fix the leak but they obviously didn’t do the job properly and for years have had a condensation problem which now thanks to these guys has been fixed. Highly recommend Launceston gas & plumbing
I came outside one morning to find hot water spraying across my back yard from my outdoor hot water cylinder. Turned the tap off to the cylinder and went to work. I called Mat at lunch time and let him know he was welcome to go to the site to replace the cylinder even if I wasn't home. He he said he would see what he could do. I got home from work and his guys were just finishing cleaning up after the job! Couldn't believe he managed to get it sorted so fast. Very impressed. Thanks Mat!

Matt saved my kitchen from a nasty flood due to an old hot water unit. Very quick to respond and to act. Removed the old one and replaced the unit with a gas continuous unit and installed new gas connection as well. So very pleased with the service and would recommend these guys every time!
