Such great staff and doctors. My children and I have attended this clinic with various doctors and great care by them and their clerical staff. Only 1 doctor concerned me, but she was great with 1 of my daughters and not great at all with another. But not going to judge a doctor on 1 bad experience when otherwise she is okay. They are human after all.

The staff on phone are fantastic, however very limited I'm what they can do to contact a Doctor for their patient. For the past week I have rung several times a day, needing a simple 3 line letter to be sent via email to either myself or to Dept of state growth. All staff can do is send the doctor another email message and hope he checks it. A week and nothing from my doctor. Even the person from state growth has rung. No reply. These people are doctors not gods, they are supposed to be members of our community that we rely upon and we are thankful. However they have responsibilities to live up to. It is very disappointing to have to find a new GP.

My experience with LMC has been great. The reception staff is pleasant & receptive. They are helpful & quick to resolve any issues. I have seen different doctors at different occasions in past 5 years. But the biggest thanks goes to Dr Sana Mahmud, who has been my GP throughout my pregnancy & ever since! She is an amazing personality, who always goes the extra mile to make you comfortable, whilst being professional. She is witty & engaging that instantly eases the stiffness in the air that one feels when seeing a doctor. Being an obstetrician is a bonus for any woman who is looking for a perfect GP! My advice would be look no further...Will definitely recommend her as the best GP to have.

I have given 3star to LMC just because of Dr. Aye Aye. She is not patient and not ready to listen and in hurry as if she need to catch a public transport. I have seen her during walk-in and I would never like to seen again. She don’t have the quality of a health practitioner. I have seen Dr. Hoki multiple times and Dr. Katrina, both were amazing and few other doctors too all were fantastic except Dr. Aye Aye

I am a regular patient to the LMC seeing Dr Katrina Telleson, recently she referred my for a Covid 19 virus test to the HUBS Respiratory Clinic which is a fantastic facility that has been established by the owners of the clinic. Upon attending I was given a very friendly warm welcome that I am a custom to by the staff at the HUB and seen to by a Doctor, not my normal doctor but another Doctor from the clinic by the name of Dr Lovejoy, he was so reassuring, professional and not rushed in just giving me a Covid 19 test he still treated me for my other symptoms and prescribed medications for what proved to be a lung infection. So while you cant see your doctor while you potentially are showjng symptoms of the virus; the LMC have made it still possible for you see a doctor under controlled circumstances to get well. After 5 days my prescription ran out & Dr Lovejoy conducted a telehealth appointment with me by telephone providing a further script for 3 more days. Big thank you to the team at the LMC HUB & Dr Lovejoy.

The people who work here are extremely discriminatory in nature. Dont appreciate the racist behavior by their staff here, action must be taken against these people

I would like to comment on the excellent care I have been receiving at the LMC, all staff from the receptionists, to pathology and other specialist within the hub have been amazing. But the biggest thanks has to go to my GP Dr Sana Mahmud, who has been Instrumental in assisting me in turning my health around, her Kind, professional approach has been amazing, she is always available to offer advice and assistants at all times. I could not recommend her more highly. Or any other care required through the hub. A big thank you
