We had our sons 14th birthday at Laserforce and I can’t recommend it enough the staff were all so helpful and really made it a great ( no stress) party for me, the food was great and the place was very clean.

Friendly crew. Everyone had a great time. Platters were huge and the pizzas were yummy! Great place for a party.

staff were rude, didn't inform my friends and I of broken laser packs and yelled at us for picking them up and putting them on, told us they wouldn't help us if our packs were broken during the game. staff were also dressed inappropriately to be working around children.

My mates and I had a very bad experience at Launceston Entertainment Complex today, My friend brought a chocolate milk from there and it was expired and he didn't realize until half way through drinking it we then when up to them and told them about the chocolate milk we then asked for another one that wasnt out of date and turns out they was all out of date, We then wanted to go on the airtime and asked them if they could do a deal for 4 people to go on the airtime they was very rude about it, We then confronted the manager about the chocolate milk and she was extremely rude and she just blamed the milk company as apparently the milk company packs there drinks into the fridge. The activitys are quite fun but the staff are just rude and I do suggest to bring your own drinks if you are going to launceston entertainment complex she keeps removing my post on Facebook cause she knows she in the wrong she couldn't even get half the story right

It was a fun and friendly experience with only the 4 of us playing, but quite often our "phasers" would not shoot. It was hopeless with people teaming up on you without actually being able to shoot them. I would come back though, because overall it was a fun time with my friends. :)
