The staff were very busy that day, but were friendly and professional in spite of the hectic work load. My trim was just exactly what I asked for. I am so happy, and will of course be back.
Rang these guys to book an appointment for the same day and they said “no need to book”. 20 minutes after calling I arrived at the salon for my son to have his haircut and they told me they were too busy and couldn’t fit him in! When I explained what had happened the manager advised me “well that was a waste of a trip for you!” Unprofessional and rude was my experience.

Had haircut here by Emma she was lovely to talk to, listened to what i wanted with photo too. I came out very happy. She gave me good advice for my hair length. Had original cut at kings meadows where i was rushed and came out with not much cut off. It was almost close time but i said not to worry i was happy to try another day but they insisted.. lucky i had guarantee for 7 days! Much happier now.
