Never managed to get to purchasing stage because of a lack of assistance from any staff. Emailed two different people on different occasions regarding two different orders we wanted to go ahead with. Each person replied once and never again despite multiple follow ups from us.
I'm still in the process of dealing with GoFlatpacks, but I have nothing but good things to say about them. There's been a few hiccups along the way, but their customer service, namely from Sharon, has been fantastic and has adequately solved any issue in the way. We're building a kitchen and this is our first renovation, Sharon has been eternally patient with us, and communicates very quickly. The flatpack kitchen was delivered and the product is exactly as promised, and they even found us a really reasonable benchtop supplier too. The only suggestion I would make to the business would be to either expand their range of videos to include instructions on building more kinds of drawers and cabinets (figuring out how to put in slimline drawers was like building Ikea furniture in the dark), or include written instructions in the box. Oh and they're by far the most reasonably priced flatpack company if you're willing to put in the work yourself - I really recommend them.
Ok, 5 times the range of Kaboodle, 5 times the expertise of Bunnings, and it was cheaper !! easy to build and the Launceston crew are old school support, your talking to builders not Bunnings staff that don't give a toss. Give them a crack they will not disappoint if my experience is anything to go by.
