Best experience ever! Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jess, the owner and the girls for taking good care of me. This is the second time I've had my hair done by them and they never disappoint. I'm extremely happy with their service! Not only did they give me an amazing hair cut but they make the entire salon experience unforgettable. I highly recommend them!

Horrible experience. The hairdresser decided to point out that I was “balding” in front of other clients. I was mortified and the other clients there were equally as uncomfortable. I was lectured on how my alopecia was the result of lack of vitamins and could be cured. On top of that I asked for my hair to be dyed black and was instead left with red hair. I was told the salon lights were giving me the illusion of red hair and it was in fact black. At that point I was humiliated, frustrated and disappointed and I never want to go back.

I got my keratin done here a few weeks ago and it’s still going strong. My hair is so easy to manage now, I love it. The girls did a great job and I’ll definitely get it done again when it runs out.

I was challenged by your incredibly rude manager/owner to leave a negative review of my recent experience and I am happy to oblige: My daughter and I attended the salon in person to allow the manager/owner (who is apparently not a hairdresser) to view my daughter's hair and consequently provide an accurate quote of the job she wanted. My daughter arrived for her appointment and was shown to her hairdresser who quoted almost double the amount of the first quote. The hairdresser advised that the discrepancy is a result of the first quote not actually coming for a hairdresser and is therefore unable to provide accurate quotes even though he is the owner. My daughter was understandably not comfortable paying the larger quote, and when we addressed it with the manager/owner who issued the first quote, we were both treated with resistance, intimidation, rude and threatening language. Dare me to leave a public, honest review? Sure. We have taken our business elsewhere and encourage everyone to do the same. We have since read other reviews on Lattouf & Co Rouse Hill FB and wish we had done this before obtaining a quote.

Lauren did an AMAZING job with my hair. I went in with a very specific request, black AND white hair. She immediately understood exactly what I wanted and knew exactly what she was doing! The staff were also very friendly, I was served tea and followed up to ask if I wanted another drink. Usually going to the hairdresser gives me quite bad anxiety and sensory overstimulation issues however I felt very welcome and reassured that Lauren was on the same page as me with what I wanted. My hair came out better than I imagined or expected!! Thanks so much again :)

I like going here, they always do a good job. But it is very expensive. Also i always get the exact same colour and cut treatment and the price is always different which is a bit dodgy.

I've been twice now. The first time for a trim and blow dry. Today for a complete revamp--3.5hrs for a new style, new colour, but the same great service and awesome people. Definitely would recommend--I'll be going again
