Jo was a great assistance to figure out a custom, affordable package for our large Youth group. The delivery and pick up process was simple and painless and everyone we interacted with communicated clearly and professionally every step of the way. The gear arrived in a well cataloged and sorted system that made it very easy to find everything we needed to get our event off the ground. The gear came fully charged and pre-configured to suit our event and was easy to understand how all the equipment functioned. We never felt like the gear got in the way of making our event work. I'd highly recommend working with this group.

We got a package of the "Awesome Taggers for Ages 8" which comes with the cobra with scope for my boy's 10th birthday. Staff assistances, especially Jo was extremely helpful and attentive to accommodating our changes due to school camp and CoVid lockdown etc. The package and instruction were very easy to follow and operate. The cobra with scope was a bit heavier than what I excepted, however, my 6 years daughter could still hold it and ran around with all the boys. From ages 6 to 45 years old, boys and girls, dads and mums, we all had an awesome time. My boy said it was the BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER! Thank you!

BRILLIANT! The team at Laser Tag in a Box were exceptional! Was a little worried as the equipment had to travel to Perth, but the Laser Tag in a Box team arranged for it to be delivered days early so there were no problems and they arranged the return so it was an absolute breeze. Equipment was in great working order, packed securely and absolutely everything had been thought of. There were instructions that came when we booked so that we could figure it out before the day, and the team called me to ensure everything had arrived, made suggestions and made sure that we knew that we could call them at any time (even on the weekend party day!) to answer any questions. Boys had an AMAZING time. "Best party ever". Would have no hesitation in recommending Laser Tag in a Box to anyone. Thank you so much!

Excellent the boys had a ball. Took a bit to learn how to use the controller but got there in the end. Well worth hiring for a kids birthday. Great friendly helpful staff as well

Fantastic service and best day for kids and family! I had hired laser tag in a box to play in the local park for my son's b'day. Unfortunately, due to COVD restrictions, park gatherings were restricted to groups of 10. I contacted the laser tag team and they were above and beyond helpful in solving our problems to ensure the party was able to go ahead and was a huge success!! They helped us access the COVID approved venue and even supplied someone to monitor the kids and set up activities at the venue. I would thoroughly recommend this activity for a great afternoon of fun outdoors in a COVID approved environment!
