The staff are amazing here! Get my laser hair removal done here and it is all very professional and the staff are super nice make you feel very comfortable. Had my first experience with lip fillers today aswell and Miranda was awsome done a amazing job and explained everything to me very well and was so nice!

Very disappointed with the customer service. Yes I was 16 mins late when I walked in (they tried telling me I was 20 mins late). I was nice, I apologised and explained how I drove over an hour to get there, the traffic was bad and when I arrived at the shopping centre it took me a while to find the shop as I got lost. They said they couldn’t do it and there was no appointment for at least 2 or more weeks. I was charged for the appointment anyway with no refund. No compassion.

The staff at Tuggerah are so wonderful. Annelise, especially, has been so patient and caring. I cannot say enough about the excellent service I have received at every visit. I highly recommend the clinic.
