Errrr Ma Gawddddd. JADE. JADE. JADE. This woman!!!! Cannot speak highly enough of her. This beautiful woman's welcoming energy, so thorough in my treatments, highly knowledgeable and also not forgetting the results of my skin of everything she suggested i needed (i was 34 going on 45 but now i look like the finest 34 year old there is!) i just could rave on about her . Deborah was extremely professional, straight to the point and highly skilled at what she did for me. Loved her sense of humour and she made me feel very at ease. I'd had a similar treatment years ago at another clinic and hadn't had it redone until now because the first time made nearly no difference to my skin. However Deborah's work is literally magic. I walked out feeling extremely natural and like myself, but completely refreshed and years of damage reversed. Her work is amazing. She won't upsell you and is realistic and to the point when it comes to consultant. Highly recommended.

Friendly however they seem more interested in selling services over and over. Be cautious as they will keep selling you things and claiming you need to purchase fast before sales end. Also, the sale prices are probably fair prices for services, the service isn't worth the claimed RRP pricing.

The incompetence of the Double Bay team allowed for my personal details to be changed to reflect that of a new patient. This allowed for their access to all my prepaid sessions, phone number, home address and email address. My previous history as well as prepaid session indicate that i have been receiving treatment in ANOTHER STATE, however, these facts were 'missed' by staff and my account was compromised. I attempted to contact them via email with no response and received another email with Barry's appointment details. This issue was corrected at my ACTUAL clinic in WERRIBEE, VICTORIA as when calling Double Bay on the 28th, staff refused to accept responsibility. I am disgusted in this breach of confidentiality regarding my private details as well as 'Barry's'

The owner and all her staff are completely incompetent and rude! They show a little understanding of customer service and do not actually perform their procedures well. The new staff have no idea what they are doing and do not listen to your needs. The staff also did not book in my appointments over the phone in to their systems. I had at least 5 appointments not booked in when I arrived, and it was a complete waste of time! Do Not go here! There’s plenty of other better places in the area or close by!

Shabby experience. For a week now have been following up regarding an issue I have. Staff are rude, telling me mixed information. Nobody seems to know anything or can give accurate answers. Have been waiting for Linda (store owner) to call me. Have been told all week she would call me at certain times, yet nothing and no phone call or resolution. Highly unprofessional when it comes to after procedures and handling issues. Injectors have always been nice, however other staff are horrible. For a place located in Double Bay this simply isn't good enough, they couldn't even advise of specific technical details of what I had done so I could go else where to fix the issue.
