Great service overall. Although the upsale techniques are quite ruthless. Beware they do not give refunds. Full stop. According to one of the girls at carindale shop. So now I'm stuck with 100 worth of stuff I don't need.

Loyal customer. Have had 9 sessions here previously. Turned away from my appointment due to being 10 minutes late after parking issues (middle of the day at a Westfield shopping centre). Spent 20 minutes trying to get a park. Was told to come back tomorrow as there are no appointments left. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Today I went in for one more session of laser removal, after I have done it so many times I know how it should be. And the lady did it very quickly and not thoroughly and tried making me believe that she did. I’m just shocked. The thing with this place is that if you are lucky and get a good practitioner then all goes well, if not then the service is just shocking. And the staff here constantly changes. I have seen sooo many new faces over the years. So it’s just about luck really. This service is yes, cheap, but not professional at all, and you get what you pay for. I cannot wait for my prepaid treatments to be done so I can never go back again.
