Do not recommend. We understand we were there a bit before closing time but we were paying customers and wanted to ask a few questions about boots. The guy gave us such bad attitude and we should've been treated better. We even asked him if he wanted us to leave and we got more attitude. Maybe extra training and more positive culture is needed :) otherwise a great selection of boots and gear!

Spent 1000's with the shop, but snow board binding 350/ea only last 1 run before it slipped belt, changed one but other one slipped again after another run and belt holder ripped off, stamp pad dropped off too then they refused to repair even within warrentee period. So I bought extreme brand binding online for only 50 to repace and thuck their 'German made' binding into the rubbish bin and I am going to video track this 50 one seeing how long it will last. If it last more than 2 times then it will prove that YOU all are stupid to pay much high price for less, they have power to buy nasty and cheapy product and dump out with 'pro' service to our 'dumb' customers. When I tried to put my ski shoe into this new 50 binding with return card if needed I found the buckle belt is not in the way while that Larry Adler's 350 one is. This is clearly obvious advantaged detail winning over much more expensive binding from the shop. So I urge you to have open mind for online shopping and be aware of 'ripping off' from the shop.

Fantastic experience at Larry Adler, Chatswood where I had a pair of Ski boots fitted 3 months ago. The young man serving (Zac I think his name was?) was extremely knowledgeable, very patient, thorough and an absolute pleasure to talk to. He took several hours to make sure I was comfortable with the boot, the inner was molded correctly to my foot/ calves and a molded foot-plate was also made for me. After many many years of struggling to find a comfortable boot, I walked out with a boot that I was very happy with. However, the real test always comes when you actually get on the snow, and I can happily say that after a season skiing in Japan, my boots are so comfortable I can't quite believe they are ski boots! And all that for a very competitive price - 5 out of 5 from me!

Will never shop anywhere else for my ski gear. Theses guys are super friendly & knowledgable. Highly recommend this store especially if you are shopping for boots; are will guarantee the fit (and live up to this promise for years to come!).
Nicest and best ski shop. They have quite a big range of products but one thing is that they don’t have a lot of kids ski wear, would be good if they had more choices and if they stocked Spyder. When we used to rent the gear it was always quite easy, ordered at Chatswood and picked up at Jindabyne. I recommend this place
Bought boots and jacket here. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They live up to their boot guarantee, and we’re able to help my wife, whose feet don’t like ski boots much. After years of pain, she now has comfortable ski boots, for which I’m forever grateful. When my boot fitting failed, they replaced them With other boots. Will shop there again.
