2.1 - Unhappy with my experience. I thought I would give them a go because it's always empty compared to the other stalls and I like supporting people. The menu looked good yet when I ordered, the man had a bad lazy attitude and did not understand what I wanted. Kept saying Which One? Which One? I spoke Canto and I spoke English and he didn't get either so I pointed at the big picture. I added a side and he didn't know which one either. I said the last one and he tried to charge me heaps more so I stood my ground. The poor service aside, the food arrived quite quickly but I didn't enjoy the noodles (it wasn't the rice ones shown in the picture) and the trotters had weird markings still on them. I didn't really want to eat the rest of it. Major dislike. Never coming back.

Very authentic Taiwanese beef noodles, same as what we've had in Taiwan. Beef was full of flavour and tender. Soup was dark and yummy with strong beef flavour. Deep fried chicken was really good, saw stewed pork rice on their Instagram, that's another great dish we've had in Taiwan, definitely going back for that. Market city had done renovation in level one food court, nice seating.
Delicious and traditional Taiwanese beef noodle soup. Service was friendly and process are reasonably good value. I ordered 1A - Signature Beef noodle soup (10.80). The beef was succulent and tender, the soup was full of flavour. The noodles were firm but not too hard. They were just right. Highly recommended to give this pace a try.
A very natural and clean broth which doesn't feel too heavy nor lacks in flavour. The meat is very tender and cooked nicely. A variety of topics can be added including free pickled chilli cabbage, which creates a brand new dimension of taste when added. I recommend their Gold medal items, and they probably do as well. In general it's fairly decent for food court food. Not sure if the awards it has won are real but if they are it doesn't surprise me.
Another Taiwanese franchise brought to Sydney but still of the subpar standard. The taste is authentic, but a bit bland. The broth is oily, too much fat without proper preparation. The signature noodle soup is 9.80, which is reasonable and cheaper than other places in the city. Not a big portion, but just enough for one person.
15.8 lunch meal with 1.5% card surcharge which is not bad. Taste is very much average , beef noodle average, fried chicken average, drink is very bad lol. Portion is fine I’m very full now. Definitely Could have improved on food flavor
Beautiful broth with very tender beef. I had the basic (but tasty) beef noodles. Quick service and filling!
We had a noodle soup and a fried chicken leg. Both were lacking any flavour and aroma. The noodle soup, albeit very oily, had no flavour at all. The only thing good about this place is the relatively cheaper price. Will not go again.
