As a first time developer in the South Eastern Suburbs, I found the team at Philip Harvey and Associates to be approachable, thorough & knowledgeable. They walked me through by providing support, feedback and encouragement in addition to offering their tremendous expertise. They have and continue to liaise with all of my stake holders, whilst providing alternatives and guiding the process when needed. They vociferously supported my planning application when it went to VCAT due to objections. And in spite of this journey being an odyssey at times, they have never wavered in their enthusiasm and have supported me in my continued education. Communication is key and they are prompt and explanatory whenever needed. I gladly recommend them and will contract their services in the future for my prospective developments.
