The easiest and most stress-free eSafety Check I've ever experienced. These guys made the whole process run smoothly, with online booking, SMS reminder and - most of all - they were ready to go when I arrived in the morning, and finished the job in 20 minutes. I got to sit peacefully in the park to finish my breakfast and then my car was ready to go. It was even pointed in the right direction in the driveway so I didn't need to worry about turning around. I've never had a car check go this smoothly, and will definitely be returning next year

Couldn’t recommend more highly !! Exceptional service! Very compassionate! I live about an hour away and had broken down five minutes away from Randall’s. I got my car towed to their shop but being a Sunday they were shut. Had to leave my car down the street and call them the next day to explain what happened. They happily pushed my car up the road and into their shop to attempt to get it fixed. Sadly my car was dead. RIP CAR. I made my way to their shop the next day to get it sold for scrap. Randall’s were so understanding and so helpful that even when I had to leave before the scrap guys got there they handled my situation professionally and kept me in the loop. In the future ( when I get a new car) I WILL make the hour commute to these guys to be my full time mechanic.
Extremely poor service, when we booked in for our brake pads to be replaced, we specifically asked them not to machine the discs. They quoted us 200 for the work. When I went to pick up the car they had machined the discs without letting us know and charged us an extra 150. When I questioned the charge the person at the counter said there wasn't anything they could now cause it'd already been done. I managed to get them to not charge me for the machining, but they charged me 250 for the brake pads, despite originally quoting us 200.
Randalls is a great garage. Paul is always very attentions and the service is impeccable. If you are in the area don’t waste your time going elsewhere . From smash repairs to a service or even a pink slip , I will always come back! I definitely recommend it
