I finally decided to visit a physio for my elbow that has been healing very slowly from an impact injury. I called around and chose Action Plus Physio because the prices were the best in the Lane cove area. I got assigned to Valeria who is extremely professional and she knew exactly how to proceed with my injury. Within two sessions I am already feeling much better and I cannot thank her enough! After our first consultation she was able to feel inflammation in the elbow and was able to use her equipment (especially the ultrasound machine) to ease some of the inflammation. She has been showing me new strengthening exercises every week and I'm excited to finally get rid of my prolonged nagging pain. Everyone who is on the Action Plus Physiotherapy team seem extremely professional and kind. I would highly recommend! -Brian

I have a spinal disc injury and Simone has been extremely helpful in my recovery. She is very knowledgeable, does great relieving massages and highly skilled in dry needling. Highly recommend!

Best physio I met so far. Fees charged is nothing in comparison to the experience she has. Private health fund cards can be used. Not to forget, they have excellent remedial massage facility as well.

I like all the staffs used to worked here. However the experience with the owner is very unpleasant. She complained too much about other customers or things I don’t feel like listening to when I’m in treatment. She also does so much administration when giving you a massage. It’s dangerous when she do that while leaving needles on my neck.

Absolutely love visiting this clinic. I have walked out satisfied everytime after my sessions. Simone has an abundance of information and knowledge on how to treat not only my injuries but preventative measures also. Cannot recommend Action Plus enough. So friendly and inviting. It's a definite 10/10 from me. Good supporting a local business too. I'll definitely be visiting again!!
