We regularly visit for Yum Cha and love it! It can be a little frustrating trying to play the game, but that’s part of the experience. Would like to see the staff with ironed shirts, though.

Wonderful food here! The egg tarts are by far the best I have ever tasted, super flaky pastry and served straight out of the oven. Wontons are flavourful and full of succulent moisture. The duck was lovely and the prawn and chive dumplings are great.
My usual go to yumcha restaurant, offers a great selection of food. The wait can be quite long in peak hours and the cart takes forever to come around so would recommend ordering at the front yourself. Some things can be pricey and they do charge you for extra small stuff like tea and sauces.
I took my partner here for his first experience of an Asian menu in Australia. It was exceptionally disappointing. Upon entry, we were practically ignored. We waited a long time to be seen in the first place. Another group pushed past us, and they were taken to a table first. We didn't mind so much at first, but then they were given their tea and their orders were taken before we were even given a table. We actually had to complain about how long we had been waiting to be seated. Once seated, we were waited upon. We ordered 3 dishes, and none were too fussy. They should have been out pretty quickly. We sat and watched other tables who were sat after us be brought out their food, whilst we continued to wait. One dish was brought out to us, which was the beef noodles. It was burnt, the noodles were all broken up, and it was so soggy with oil, our mouths were lined with oil. We complained, and were told it would be remade, and quickly. Another half an hour, and we had to complain again because NONE of our dishes had been brought. A table next to us had been seated half an hour or so after us, and even they got their food before we saw ours. After complaining about our hour long wait, we saw our food. To make matters worse, we were STILL asked to pay the 2.50 'service fee', and no reparation was made for the absolutely terrible experience. It was such a shame, because it leaves a bad taste in my partner's mouth for Asian food in Australia. Frankly, we couldn't help but feel that because we weren't Asian, we were given less service. I doubt they would be caught dead treating the other patrons the way we were treated last night, and we will never be returning.
Plenty of great food to choose from at reasonable prices. But the service here needs to improve. The food carts are not too frequent and every time we have been there the food carts were almost out of food before it gets to us. When we request for cutlery or water, they need a reminder or two before we receive them. The cleanliness of the place could improve. I however, understand they are incredibly busy and it is hard to ensure the above during peak hours and hence giving it 3 stars and not lower (I have only ever been during peak hours). The wait times are pretty long too. We have waited from anywhere between 30 minutes to 45 minutes to be seated despite having a table booked a week in advance.
Very good yum Cha restaurant in Sunnybank Plaza. They have trolleys with food that get wheeled around by friendly people. Guests also have the option of going to the counter and asking for dishes if they miss the trolleys. Light and airy with high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers. Try and get there before peak time as the waiting period can be long.
Took a takeaway chicken and salty fried rice and paid 21.90 since it was Good Friday, so surcharge on the food and all. However, it tasted like a very expensive egg and cabbage fried rice. Negligible amount of chicken and all together missing salty fish. I couldnt go back for a refund but won't be going back again.
We (3 adults and 3 children) attended Landmark on a Sunday for a birthday lunch. We waited close to one hour for a table, which we all tolerated, understanding the table seating process for this type of restaurant. Upon finally being seated we were greeted with a table which had no crockery. After many requests from wait staff for help, we found the necessary items and set the table ourselves (a number of bowls were dirty) - this saw the food we ordered being eaten cold. This poor service continued with our many requests for cold water being unanswered. Culminating with one member of our party purchasing water bottles from another restaurant and bringing them inside. We were really saddened by this experience and expected better. We will not be returning.
