It took them 5 business days to dispatch an order because for the 3 out of those 5 business days the "head office hasn't received the paperwork yet". This one item was purchased online. Don't know what's happened. Always used to get good service and prices. Got told to bury my DeWalt drill in the back yard as it's more than 2 years old. Pointed in the direction of the welders and ignored for 10 minutes. I walked out. That cost them over 750 in sales.
Was my first place to go to for tools not any more. Prices way to high poor quality on some I haven't been back since I went to buy a milling vice 300 dollar markup for same vice at hare and Forbes. Hopefully they come back down to reality and sort there product prices out soon
