Five stars for service and follow-up. Paul went above and beyond to supply, same day a lift chair which was urgently needed. My father also said the delivery guy was marvellous, also going above and beyond to bring back a second chair afterhours. Well done Guys, you are a great example of what good customer service looks like. You made organising this from Melbourne far easier than expected.

I called lakeside mobility several days ago to enquire whether they ad a product I was interested in. They let me know it was currently out of stock but were ordering it in and took my number. They called me as soon as they had the product in to leave a message and had it available as soon as I got into the store. I also enquired as to their other products and got a full tour of the shop by an incredibly nice and welcoming lady with a light scottish accent (I'm sorry I couldn't remember your name!). She took me through the bathroom, kitchen, lounge, bedroom and mobility sections of the shop and gave me great information on all of their assistive devices. She gave an absolutely wonderful impression of this store and I will definitely be going back in the future, as well as recommending the store to anyone who asks about assistive technology/devices. Thank you :)
Lakeside Mobility has assisted me various times this year. All of their staff are friendly, accommodating and full of knowledge. Nothing is too much trouble and if they don't have the answers, they search elsewhere until they find them. I highly recommend Lakeside Mobility. :)
Very helpful store when I needed a moon boot.
Absolutely appalling customer service. They have had my 4 wheel walker in for repairs for pushing 3 months. Zero communication. Once they had my walker I was told their technician was going on 2 weeks leave & the spare parts were on order & would be done once he was back at work. This didn't happen & apparently that was untrue as when we chased it up, he was just ordering it now & it would be a few days to a week depending on whether the spare part was in stock. I'm like, what? Do you mean it wasn't even on order?? So, I've been waiting nearly 3 months. No contact from them at all. Thankfully I had someone to chase them up, but no information was forthcoming from Lakeside Mobility at all. Thankfully I had an old walker I could use, but seriously, why didn't you just give me my walker back if you knew there was a 3 month wait on the spare part, or at least tell me that! Never again & covid19 aside, there is no excuse for their poor communication skills & the impact of a disabled person being unable to access their "legs for 3 months. Thanks for nothing.
