There is only one word we can think of to describe our experience with Lakeside. Perfection! After having to postpone our wedding last year Lakeside had been nothing but supportive and accommodating during the whole thing. In the lead up to our wedding, they were fantastic, super supportive and helpful with getting everything organised and really made us feel like family. So welcoming and great friendly people. The night of our wedding was perfect. The food was amazing, all our guest are still raving about it, and the professionalism of the stuff was beyond expectation. Our waitress Chloe was the absolute best. Dominic our MC was a legend! Made our night all that much more spectacular. Thank you Lakeside for helping to make our dream wedding come true!! We will continue to highly recommend Lakeside to anyone we know getting married.

This was the first venue we chose to check out when deciding on a wedding venue. After meeting Dominic and Brad seeing the venue we knew we didn't need to look elsewhere. All the staff were beautiful warm people who were so amazingly kind and sweet throughout the whole planning process. Our son’s wedding day was made perfect with every vision we had executed amazingly. The staff were so professional, friendly and attentive. The food was perfect and the venue looked stunning. Biggest thanks to Dominic, Brad and the staff for their assistance and efforts in making our son’s wedding reception a memorable one. The waiting staff were on the ball. The night went off without a single hitch, thanks to the team at LAKESIDE BANQUETS. We can't thank you guys enough for the most beautiful day. Thank you!!! And we look forward to seeing you again soon

Brad and the team were amazing ! This is such a stunning venue with high quality everything. They exceeded our expectations.. from the decorations to the attention to detail on the night. I didn’t have to worry or stress out about anything. Food was sensational with high quality means and entrees provided. If you are looking for a 5 star venue with great pricing this is your venue. The venue is even more stunning now they have done renovations outside. I can’t find any flaws in this venue or the services provided

Just had our wedding reception at Lakeside in the Lakeview Ballroom on Sunday 29/July/2018, and my new bride and I would like to say a huge Thank You to Brad, Stacey, and especially Domenic who helped make an extremely stressful occasion run so smoothly, from the moment we entered and saw the set up of our reception til the time we left in the hummer. Our Family & Friends haven’t stopped talking about our Wedding lol we’re still hearing about how much fun they had, how awesome the quality of the food was, how attentive the staff were, and how much they loved the whole look of the ballroom and atmosphere at Lakeside. We had Lamb Salad & Pork Belly for entree, Scotch Fillet Steak & Atlantic Salmon for main, Chocoholic Trio for Dessert and Pizza for supper and honestly that was well above restaurant quality eating. It’s not easy cooking for 250 people and to get it spot on for everyone? Hats off to the Chef . We had Domenic as our MC for the night and the man definitely knows how to hype up a crowd and keep the night flowing. We can’t express enough how Grateful we are for all the help we received from you all especially the last minute things. I would % recommend Lakeside to any and everyone because you definitely made our special day feel just that. We will definitely be back for our future events. Well what can I say about Lakeside? Myself and my beautiful wife got married on the 20th of March and had our reception here. Let me start off by saying that choosing lakeside was the best decision we could have possibly made. Everything from the venue, to the staff and the food was absolutely outstanding. In particular our MC Domenic who absolutely made the night one we will never forget. The week leading up to the wedding was not an easy one, as I had lost my grandfather the Friday before. However Domenic and the team were more than understanding and helped support us through the week up until the wedding day. This is something I will truly be grateful for, for the rest of my life and will always consider Domenic a friend. Coming from a traditional Maltese family. Lakeside knew just how to cater for the wedding and the feedback from family and friends has been sensational. It truly was the greatest night of myself and my wife's lives! If we could relive the night for just one more time, there would not be a SINGLE thing we would change! Once again, Domenic my friend. From the bottom of mine and Jessica's hearts. Thankyou! You truly we're a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and the BEST MC anyone could possibly ask for!

PLASE READ: My family and I contacted Brad very early on to change our date. I got out of a bad car accident physically injured. Brad was not empathetic at all, said he would not change our date - straight out said NO without listening to anything. Expected me to walk half crippled at my wedding reception. Only excuse was "were losing money" I'm pretty sure A LOT OF BUSINESSES lost money during COVID and even shut down. ALSO our date fell into the 5 day snap lockdown, when weddings could not happen. Venue took our full deposit. Very selfish. No compassion or empathy given coming out of an accident to myself or my family. Also, When trying to discuss anything over the phone, poor attitude or replies are given, no professionalism. Save your money! Will not be recommending this place to family or friends considering this venue. Also strange odours in building after a while, guests may not like.
