Worst hospital to ever exist, I've been to countries that don't speak my language and that have less advanced equipment, who are still more compassionate and understanding than the people at this hospital. If I can even call them people. Don't bother going here, its better if this hospital shuts down. I would rather die on the side of the road than go to this hospital again.

2 and a half hours in the waiting room and still waiting to go in. "Great emergency service"..........
I had reason to visit here on Sunday due to a disagreement with a Water Dragon (just a note to all that these guys can and do bite!) The lovely nurses and doctors at this very well equipped and modern country hospital are nothing short of fantastic. Very professional, courteous, and well versed at putting patients at ease. Their constant witticism and jokes making my four hour stay pass quickly, kudos to you all A wonderful country hospital if you ever need repairs post Dragon fight
Presented 31/10/2019 with chest pain, did not get time to fill out admission form. Dr Jamie and staff had wires hooked up everywhere. The team watch me like a hawk to make sure I was fine. Stayed 6 hours in the ER under the care of the ER team. Maybe a little hospital, but a very professional team as good as any large hospital if not better.
NEGATIVE OR ZERO STAR IS NOT POSSIBLE! Completely disgraceful service. No patient confidentiality, negligence, condescending staff, inappropriate conduct. I work in the medical industry myself and was completely shocked to say the least with the information received (which is likely to be incorrect) but more importantly, the general process (or lack thereof) in place. I would not recommend this hospital to my worst enemy & have elected to take to a higher body to ensure no one has the same experience.
I saw Dr Denis Bartrum today in the ED and hands down he has the best bedside manner I've ever come across. He was straight to point and explained everything in detail and in a way that was easily understood. Sabina the RN on duty was amazing and so caring, truly a beautiful woman inside and out.
Excellent service and care
Worse place ever!!! Drs and nurses constantly asking about bruises on my body how I got them. If theres abuse at home. Mmmm, no there isnt. I said this more than 4 times. No interactions from.the nurses to myself or dr. About my condition let alone what is wrong with me. I still dont have any answers Palming me off to my gp in the morning. Not sending through blood test results. Staff were very rude. The list goes on. Will be making a formal complaint.
